Distinct Cooking Surface Choices

Among the eight Pro-Style ranges, you’ll find variations on the cooking surface. Choose either a six- or four-burner model. Every jenn air® Pro-Style range features at least one 20,000 BTU stacked PowerBurner – the industry’s most powerful burner available* – and a 5,000 BTU burner that reduces as low as 500 BTUs. If you tend to use a variety of cooking techniques, you may prefer a model with a high-performance griddle that provides even heat distribution for precise results.

Dual-Fan MultiMode True Convection

The convection system found on all Pro-Style ranges provides accurate and consistent temperature management to help you create dishes with excellent results. Two fans disburse heated air throughout the entire oven cavity for the most even coverage on every rack. Dual-fuel ranges offer six convection modes while gas ranges offer five, including Convect Bake for even baking on multiple racks and Convect Roast for moist, tender roasted meats or vegetables.
